Part of my free form collection, made in my studio in South Manchester.
This handmade ceramic dish reminds me of the moors when the heather is in bloom. The blue glaze pools at the bottom and is truly gorgeous. I use a glaze layering technique and never really know what I will find when I open the kiln and this piece is a winner!
This dish has a chrysanthemum pattern on it’s underside.
Please note that I glaze the entire piece and fire on stilts, I sand the bottom to smooth is out so there are no wobbles.
You will receive the exact piece show.

All items are well packed and are shipped by Royal Mail whenever possible. Shipping is 2nd Class with a tracking number indicating that the item has been delivered. Because of the nature of ceramics and high probability of breakage, we package your piece with recycled packaging paper, this might mean the work is shipped in a larger parcel that you would expect but will ensure it arrives with you safely.
